Another program is trying to access my adress book

Since I've installed SP3, every time I try to create new
mail I have the message: A program is trying to access e-
mail adress you have stored in Outlook. Do you want to
allow this?

Anyone have an idea how to get rid of that annoying
message?

Yes. Don't use Word as your Email editor or remove the add-in to Word
(Adobe Writer, perhaps?) causing the problem.
