program trying to access email addresses

When I reply or create a new message I receive the following error:

"A program is trying to access e-mail addresses you have stored in Outlook.
Do you want to allow this?

If this is unexpected, it may be a virus and you should choose "No"."

Has anyone experienced this same issue? It is so annoying.

to 2 and it works!
