A program is trying to access e-mail addresses

I get the following message everytime I try to start a new email message.
Does anyone know what programs might be trying to access the address book.
And how do I stop this message from popping up all the time. It gets
annoying.

"a program is trying to access e-mail addresses you have stored in outlook.
Do you want to allow this"

Where came from this message?
If you installed any version of Norton Internet Security,
you can see under Norton Internet security's log viewer.
