Annoying Pop Up Window

How can I get rid of a Macromedia Flash 7 window that pops up every time I
open certain news paper. ? (trying to install it self)
I have never used Macromedia before.
Y went to "Add and Remove" programs, and its not there to delete it.

You won't see it to uininstall in Add/Remove programs because it isn't
installed - that's why you're being prompted to install it (for an ad,
probably).
You could put the website's address in your Restricted Sites zone in IE
(tools, internet options, security) and set the security on that zone to
High.
Or install Macromedia Flash Player - I personally don't, because although
flash can be cool, I have yet to figure out a way to block flash popup
advertisements easily.
