I am unable to install Macromedia Flash Player 7 on to my computer....

I've gone through everything I can find on Macromedia's web site that I can
find, but to no avail..

every time I try, it appears as if everything loads up normally and then
says done... but I never get the little display that is supposed to display...

Anybody have any thoughts on this, I would be grateful..

Thanks for the thought, but I already tried everything found on that site....

Was hoping for another thought on the prob...

However it may be a mute point..... See my next post 'XP automatically
rebooting'

I once had the same problem. I tried everything as well. Then I found that if the same,
or a previous version had been installed on the system, that another version wouldn't
install UNLESS I downloaded: Macromedia Flash Uninstaller and then ran it, and then
rebooted. Then the latest version installed without any problems. There are two versions
of the above executable available for download, one for version 6, and one for version 7.
I don't remember which solved MY problem. I remember trying both, and one worked. Don't
forget to reboot after using the Macromedia Flash Uninstaller. Then try installing the
latest version...
