Cannot Remove Flash

I've got a partial installation (froze), and a full installation on drive
C:, i.e., "windows" and "windows.0". Anyway, "windows.0" is the keeper.
But I cannot delete "windows" due to a file, "Flash9b.ocx". I've changed it
from a read-only file severa times, attempted in safe mode, removed
Macromedia Flash Player in Add/Remove Programs, but I still cannot delete it
so that I can remove "Windows".

Any suggestions?

Thanks

Thanks for the suggestion. But, it didn't work. Maybe blasting powder... ?

The ActiveX control is registered. The system thinks that it's connected to
another process and won't remove it.

Open the run dialog and type "regsvr32.exe /u Flash9b.ocx" (no qutoes). This
will unregister the control then you should be able to delete it.

Just tried it. This was the result:

LoadLibrary("Flash9b.ocx")failed - The specified module could not be found.

I copied the error msg. exactly.
