Annoying Error Message

I had this message before and it was appearing because some microsoft addon
(.net framework or something like that) I tried removing it again and its
still here.

Can someone please help me with this as its driving me insane. pretty much
any webpage i go to it pops up and I always have to select no.

I really would appreciate it if someone could help me out here.

It would have been much better if you had put the
solution as well.

it was under tools then internet settings in internet explorer. and it was to
uncheck the show error message with scripts or something like that.

Mines was unticket anyway but i ticked and then unticked and hit ok then it
worked.
