Allowing Admin to force Remote Desktop

I have two computers, and one of them is set up for
remote desktop. When I try to connect to that computer
using my Admin info, however, it will only work as long
as the other person doesn't hit "Deny" to kick me out.
How can I go about removing this option to the "User"
group so I can automatically log on?

FWIW, this option isn't available yet in Windows... Let MS know that
