Alert Message-Entry Point Not Found

Can anyone please help me solve the following problem.
Evrytime i log on to my laptop i receive the following error message titled
SmartBridge Alerts:MotiveSB.exe- Entry Point Not Found

It then reads.....

The procedure entry point GetProcessImageFileNameW could not be located in
dynamic link library PSAPI.DLL

Does anyone know what this means and how i can solve it?

Hi Danni,
You have IE7 installed recently with Auto Updates from MS so you are getting
this error message for the PSAPI.DLL Dynamic link Liberary file.
"Read the Release Notes of IE7"

Work arround this:
Locate or Find PSAPI.DLL and rename it to something like PSAPIOLD.DLL or
PSAPI.OLD.
Reboot the system, when the system start will recreate the PSAPI.DLL on
Reboot.
