Windows XP startup

On startup i get a message alert -
Smart Bridge Alerts : Motive SB.exe Entry point not found
The procedure entry point GetProcessImageFilenameW could not be located in
dynamic link libraray PSAPI.DLL
I close it and thats that I think. What does all this mean and how can i
eliminate it.

Its a support tool, often installed with ISP utilities, may also be relevent
to IE7 beta

thanks for that - i have just installed ie7 can i somehow eliminate the error

thanks for the reply - i have had a look in google and cant really see
anything related - it doesnt seem to bother anything apart from having to
always delete it on startup. but it would be nice to get rid of it altogether
maybe ill go back to ie6

You may use msconfig to check the startup programs in your system and
disable the program related with this error.

I used a tool called CleanMyPC Registry Cleaner. It contains a startup
manager which shows more detailed information about startup programs
than msconfig tool. CleanMyPC is a shareware but the startup manager
works well in the trial version. If you don't want the full version,
you can just download the trial version and use the startup manager for
the error and then uninstall it. The tool can be gotten from:
