Ah, my context menus are messed - need to delete an extra OPEN

Genghiskhan

When I open 'my computer' and try to open any USB-attached drive, it
tells me "access denied" so I right click to get the context menu and
there's an extra OPEN there that's selected as the default. If I choose
the other OPEN on the context menu, it'll open fine. How can I change
the context menu to A) remove the fault OPEN and B) make the functional
OPEN the default?

I already tried changing the settings in the tools/folder options/file
types for DRIVES, but that only changed it for my internal drive, not
the USB connected ones. Thanks!

Try this first.

Click Start | Click Run | Type or paste the following line:

regsvr32 /i shell32

Click OK.
