My DVD Autoplay & context menues messed up

I have windows XP SP2, all was going well till couple a months ago, I
installed (sigh) Nero 9 (I had Nero 7 on my PC & was fine), it messed all
things up so I uninstalled it but the Autoplay menu was messed up with lots
of "error" along with "open with media player" etc...
I used the Nero cleaning tools but "ERROR" still there, so I uninstalled
Nero 7, used the cleaning tool, Installed 7 again, all fine but...
I lost "open, search, explore" from my DVD context menu when I put CD or DVD
in it (but they show when nothing in it!!!), I can only access these through
file tab, also the autoplay for music files & blank CD are totally empty....
I triesd the autofix from Microsoft but at the end it gives me "Autoplay V2
problems" & can't repair them, tried regsitering shell32 again, no avail,
also SFC /scannow & repaired all dlls, still no good
I even uninstalled the DVD & reinstalled it again from the device manager,
still the same.
Any help ???

again.
Can u help me with the context menu too to get back my "open, explore &

Have you checked for viruses etc lately?

Perhaps a system file check.
