Restoring "Open With" to context menu

I have lost the "Open With ... " option in right-click
context menu for most if not all objects.

How do I restore "Open With ..." to my context menus?

PS:

I installed Quick View and I think it feels it should take
over a lot of options to open files but I frequently want to
choose what application opens what file.
