Context Menu gone?

My XP Home suddenly lost the context menu when I'm inside the Start Menu. I
want to sort my apps in the Start Menu but when I right-click, nothing
happens. But when I'm in Windows Explorer, I can right-click and open my
context menu.

Now I cannot sort by name when I open Start Menu. :-(

Hi,

Right click the Start button, select Properties, Customize. Scroll through
the options on the Advanced tab and put the check mark back in Enable
dragging and dropping.
