After sp2 download stop 0x00000002,0x00000001,0x80703a16) everytime i shutdown

Fiddler falling of roof

After I shutdown or restar my CPU using windows xp
embedded home edition with sp2 installed after the final
windows says windows is shutting down all the sudden I
get a blue screen saying:
WINDOWS HAS DETECTED AN FATAL ERROR AND MUST SHUTDOWN
IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL
"CONTINUED"
YOUR COMPUTER MAY BE CACHED OR A SHADOWING PROGAME COULD
STOP: 0X0000000A (0X00000304, 0X00000002, 0X00000001,
0X80703A16)" ANY ONE GOT A SUGGESTION FOR A INTERMEDIATE
COMPUTER USER? YOUR GUIDANCE WOULD BE MOST APPRECIATED

I also don't know what is embedded here. XP on your computer, or something else.
Windows XP Embedded is operating system for it self and it has no home professional versions.

BTW: You yelling question is merged with STOP error.
