BSOD on shutdown

alekz

Hi,

When I shutdown Windows XP SP1 it starts to shut down normally then a blue
screen of death appears.

IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL

0x0000000A (0x00000004, 0x00000002, 0x00000000, 0x804F66D4)

What could be the cause of this problem?

I ran Windows Memory Diagnostics and it didn't find any errors.

Typically a bad driver. Go to http://aumha.org/win5/kbestop.htm and
click on 0A in the left column to get a set of links that may be helpful
