After installing "SP2" = Error message upon rebooting!!

Hi there!
Indeed, whenever I reboot now my PC, the following error
message will always pop-up during this process:
"Windows cannot find C:\XPPRO\ServicePackFiles\accexp.exe"!
However, when I then click "OK", the PC will continue rebooting
without any further hassle...
And upon checking my system afterwards, I do know that "SP2"
is still being fully loaded at any such complete reboot; okay!
Hmm, so what would happen if I...DELETE now those files??
So any valid tips of how to suppress this rather annoying notice
will be highly appreciated; thank you very much in advance!
