System Restore = "Restoration Incomplete" (!!)

Hi there,

Whenever I'm selecting any previous Restore Point,
it fails to restore my XP Pro to the date selected!
Error message:
"Your Computer cannot be restored to: (date)".

Needless to say that I provided enough space on the HD
in order to accommodate all those restore points...
I once even disabled and enabled again this feature and
indeed, when I established (manually) shortly afterwards
a new such restore point, it seems to work again...but
only a few days later...failure again on any dates selected
on the calendar!

So any valid tips would be now highly appreciated; thanks!

It seems that you already know how to fix the corrupted
files.Do this again

I once even disabled and enabled again this feature and
indeed, when I established (manually) shortly afterwards
a new such restore point, it seems to work again.
Also their is really no need to reserve gigs of space for
system restore a few days worth is all you really need.
