Adware can't be fix

I have been using Norton Antivirus 2004 which also scan for Adware and
Spyware. It had detected several Adwares; 16 out of 23 can't be deleted. So
I'm stuck with them I tried it with SpyBot and only got 6 of them. Do you
know any other way to clean out the Adware abd Spyware? I need help.

you need to run it is safe mode I prefer ad-aware from lavasoft

it should give you the locations in safe mode delete manually turn off
system restore before removal then back on afterwards and create a restore
point
