Advice to people with problems

Post em, but make them DETAILED no one can help you if all you say is "I cant
install windows" say what kind of windows, what happens when you try to
install it, and ect. Thank you for helping me and the MS people help you.

Hi Phillip--

While MSFT personnel help on these groups at times, a few of them in
particular, and usually ID themselves, the help is largely peer to peer and
you're right basic; details help people fix things.
