adobe flash player

I am trying to update my adobe flash player to the new 9 version. I get to
the point where I click "install" and then nothing happens. I do get a pop
up that asks me to "click here" if I trust the site. I turned off the pop up
blocker for the adobe site but still cannot get it to download. Help!
