Access Administrator has denied access to CD/DVD ROM drives... Intel Utilities...???

It means whoever has administrator rights on your pc has denied access to the CD/DVD drives so that other users cannot use them . Are you logged in as a GUEST or an ADMINISTRATOR ? If a guest then you need to speak to your administrator .
