application failed to initialise proprley (0x0000142) Ihave found adman in
hidden files what is this file for? can anyone help please

Hi,

Addware has entered the system.

I would suggest you start by doing a virus scan with up to date virus
software, then scan for and removing any installed spyware.
If you are in need of virus software, here are a couple to choose
from, for free.
Download the software, and in Update Manager run Update
then do a complete virus scan.

Hi,

You could try running the Microsoft Antispyware (beta). Create a
restore point. Install, update definitions, restart in safe mode and
do a full scan. www.microsoft.com/spyware

I have downloaded spy blaster& run it with panda soft system now shows clear
Ifollowed the instructions up to the piont where you istall the sr file the
message tells me to insert service pack 2 disk (Idont have one) or brouse for
1386 which I found inservice pack file but Ican't seem to do anything with it
the conp dosnt seem to reconise the file if you do a serach
