Check that the Contact folder is enabled as an email address book. Right
click the Contacts folder, choose Properties then Outlook Address Book. Is
the box to enable as email address book is checked?

If this is grayed out...

Go to Tools | Email Accounts, choose View or change existing directories or
address book. Is the Outlook Address Book present? If it isn't listed, add
it and close and restart Outlook. If it is listed, then remove it and close
then restart Outlook and repeat these steps to add it.

If the the checkbox is grayed, you'll need to
make a new profile as you can't add the Outlook Address Book service in 2007
due to
a bug.

Sorry Gordon, I am not all that computer smart.

But this is what I just tryed from Russ,
I found a Address Folder in Account Setting, so I went to step 2
"Properties for your "foider name" there is no folder called Contacts, but
when I tryed to make one, it says that one exist. Under the Folders only
thing that is highlited it, New Folder, Copy outbox, Share Outbox, Properties
for Outbox, and 2 folders called Change Share Permission.

Gordon's answer works fine when followed correctly.
Notice he already told you that if you have corrupted your Address Book
Service in Outlook 2007 you will have to create a new profile to repair it.
When you do, make sure you follow the steps correctly to configure the
address book view. They are well documented:

Open Outlook.
In the L/H pane, at the bottom, click on Contacts.
When the Contacts Window is open, at the top of the L/H pane, you should see
an item "Contacts" under "My Contacts". Right-click on that.
