Address Book

Does anyone know of any available program, upgrade,
feature, etc for an address book that is accessible by MS
Word, Outlook and Access? What would everyone recommend?

ummm... the perfectly satisfactory address book which comes as part of
Outlook perhaps!?

Can the address book in Outlook be accessed, used and
updated through Word and Access as well? If so, please let
me know. I am not too familiar with these things and am
looking up the information for someone else.
