OUTLOOK 2007 address book nightmare

Hi everyone.
On my Vista laptop I had Outlook 2003 and when I upgraded to 2007 my address
book was copied and I have all my contacts on the laptop address book now.
I recently purchased a new PC and loaded the Outlook 2007 from scrath but I
cannot have the address book there. I read lots of articles where the address
book is not available any longer on Outlook 2007, but knowing that my laptop
does have the address book and the PC cannot drives me nuts.
Can I somehow copy, tranfer, Easy Transfer, send by email, burn a CD or any
other steps can be taken to copy what I already have on one of the Outlook
2007 to the other Outlook 2007.

Thank you Gordon.
I checked the links you sent me.
None of them had clear instructions on how to get a copy of my address book
copied on my laptop and then carry it into my PC. Why is it so difficult to
have the address book on the new Outlook 2007?
Let me know if you come up with any other idea.
I do appreciate your help.

Outlook doesn't use an addressbook. It uses Contacts. The Contacts are
contained within the pst file. On the laptop close Outlook. Copy the pst
file. Paste on the Desktop. (Do NOT overwrite the existing file). Open
outlook. Do File-Open-Outlook Data File. Copy the contacts from the file you
have opened to the Contacts folder in the existing pst file.

That's a précis/summary/what have you of what the links that I posted
said.....

In addition to what Gordon said, it is likely that the Easy Transfer wizard
has damaged your mail profile and you'll need to create a new one.
