What do I do to place a specific image for each contact in the address book?

In Windows Mail:

Open Contacts folder,
double-click a contact to edit,
click on the down arrow below the picture spot in the preview pane
select change picture
 
In the Contacts window, right click on the contact, select Properties and under
the picture click the little down arrow.
