Where do i find my address book in Vistas Outlook Mail?

How do i import contacts from Microsfot Excel to my address book?
 
? Vista doesn't come with "Outlook Mail", nor is there a program by
that name.
Vista doesn't have an 'address book' either, just what it calls Windows Contacts.
Please explain what you are trying to do.
