Additional Mailbox setting keeps disappearing

I have a client that keeps losing the additional mailbox
setting for their shared fax mailbox from her outlook
configuration. The Exchange server is an SBS 2000 Server
and the Client is Outlook 2000. The CLinet OS is Windows
XP Professional

When does it get lost? Steps to reproduce?

Tips of the month:
-Backup and Restore
-Create an Office XP CD slipstreamed with Service Pack 3

The user will find it gone a day or two after resetting
it. Resetting it logging out or rebooting is not enought
to cause a problem. The user does not remember any errors
or other problems associated with this.

I will try that next.

I believe that over time I have done that, but I don't
