Adding to autocorrect doc

I have a custom autocorrect doc right now but need to add at least another
100 items that are in excel format.
How can I append or add these?

Although Word has a mechanism for saving formatted AutoCorrects in the
Normal template, this does not extend to other Office applications. I don't
know what you mean by 'Excel format' but Excel only has plain text
autocorrections available (from the same file as Word uses for the plain
text ones).
