Adding slides to Handout Master

Guest

I'm pretty naive when it comes to Power Point. I've finished my slide
presentation and I want to print handout for it. When I click on "master
handout" it comes up as a blank document (with the spaces for slides, but my
slides aren't there). How do I transfer all of my slides to the handout
master?

Please reply ASAP as this is a project due in two days!
Thanks.

I think you have misunderstood the role of the Masters in PowerPoint. The
Master (Handout, Slide or Notes) sets the placeholders and some formatting
that will be used as a framework to build these things.

You probably want to access the handouts using the File => Print => {"Print
What ..." pull down} Handouts. This will use the Handout Master to form the
structure of the slides to be printed.

If this isn't clear, post back and we'll quickly walk you through it.
