Default handout settings: 4-up -- how to change?

I frequently generate handouts from PPT 2007 on WinXP, and always have
to change the settings from slides to handouts; 6-up to 4-up; and
unchecking including Document Properties. Sorry that this isn't
obvious to me, but how can I set my defaults to what I use 100% of the
time? I've played with Handout Master, which I use for setting running
footers and headers. Thanks!

Thanks, Steve. I don't see "PowerPoint Options" under my office
button ... could it be that I installed PPT in such a way that it has
different options?

Thanks, Steve! I can get there with the shortcut. However, for
handouts, I only have 2-, 3-, and 6-up options, not 4-up, which is
what I want. Do you have any further suggestions? Thanks.

Doubtful.  Very.

Click the Office button then look at the very bottom of the
dialog/pane/menu/whatever that pops up.

Or press Alt + T O then click Advanced.
