Adding Locations to SendTo List

I'm trying to add locations to the sendto list. When I right click on a
folder, the menu comes up with a sendto option. I hover, and another list
gives me several locations when I can send the folder or document to. Can I
add additional locations to this last list?

Create new shortcuts in this folder:
C:\Documents and Settings\<user>\SendTo
