Adding a removed program at start-up

I need to know how to add a program back in once it has
been removed. My active sync with my PDA quit working and
I think it was added to the program to block by mistake.
Please help.

Try doing a System Recovery to a point prior to your removing the program. I
think that this might work for you; LUCK.
