ADD/REMOVE ERROR

When I open Control Panel and select ADD/REMOVE Programs,

I get "an unexpected error occured" window
Wrong number of arguments or invalid property assignment.


Any ideas how I can fix this?

run a virus scan, I had something similar and found that i
had a virus.
