add or remove programs problems

when i try to bring this screen up ...it just waiting on results and no thing
appears at al.....i recently installed Bear share program and it has been
giving me fits and i want to delete,,,but this screen will not give me the
chance...please i need help on getting that screen back to get rid of this
problem
