Have a problem removing a program

I have been trying to remove the program 'Windows live writer' in the add or
removes and it won't delete. I can't get rid of it and have tried to remove
it constantly with no success. The product I am using is Windows XP. please
help me to remove this program, thankyou.

Do you have the Beta Version of it?

http://get.live.com/betas/writer_betas and install Writer again and then
uninstall.
