Add or Remove program will not open.

I can not open the Add or Remove program to delet unused files and software
from my Hard Disk. If you have a suggestion or answer e-mail me to
(e-mail address removed).
I realy need some help.

I had that problem not to long ago, no matter what i tryed it did not work,
what i had to do to get add\remove back was to do a repair install, this
fixed my issue.
