Remove function missing from Add or Remove programs

suddenly, when I open Add or Remove programs, I am not given an option to
remove. Can someone help?

Your best hope is to reinstall the app, and see if it repairs the remove
function.

Alternatives like System Restore, or some repair function built into the app
might be available.
