Add or Remove programs would not open.

My Add or Remove programs will not open and I want to get so much programs
that I don't use so I can free up so much Hard Disk space. Help is much
needed from anyone. Thank you. Cesar Diaz.
 
Get TuneUp Utilities 2006 program. Has many super utilities, including
Remove progs.
