Hi

Does the Add/Remove Programs screen appear if you type the following from
Start>Run

appwiz.cpl

If not try running the following command from Start>Run

regsvr32 oleacc.dll

Please note the space between the 2 and o.

Hi

Thanks for responding. I tried both the first did nothing at all. The
second says oleacc.dll is not an executable file and no registration helper
is registered for this file type.

Hi

See if you have that file in the windows\servicepackfiles\i386 folder. If
you have, copy/paste it to the windows\system32 folder.

It looks like a corrupt file, as I'm able to register it correctly in my
system(s). Delete the existing file and extract a new copy from the source
(per Will's advice).
