dll is not a valid image.

when I try to defragment I get the following message:
the application or DLL C:\Windows|System32|OLEACC.dll is
not a valid image. Other problems: window will not open
for add\remove programs and when I try to run msconf
window opens for an instant and then disappears. Please
help me.

It sounds like you need to either run System File Checker (SFC) or doing a
repair installation. To run SFC, go to Start, Run, type in "sfc" and hit
OK.

To perform a repair installation, follow the instructions listed at
http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;315341&Product=winxp.
You will not lose any of your files or require other software to be
installed unless they too became corrupted.
