Add or Remove Programs X2

Help me please. When I open the Control Panel in Classic view mode 2 Add or
Remove Programs lines show up. I can launch either one with the same
expected results. Is there a way of removing one of the Add or Remove
Programs lines. In the category view mode, only one Add or Remove Programs
button appears. Any help?

Open C:\Windows\System32 folder and see if there is an additional copy of
the file "appwiz.cpl" (537 KB), with a different name of course. If an
additional CPL is found, delete it.
