add a new template page to a document?

HI, I have created a template to standardise work instructions on a single
page. Unfortunately there can be many pages and I want them to all to use the
template. How do I insert a new page based on the template? Is there a way of
doing this without having to "Copy and Paste" ?

You can create an AutoText entry with the desired contents, and then insert
that as needed. If you really want the entry to break the page, its first
paragraph can be formatted as "Page break before."
