Printing with a template

I had a letterhead template designed for me by a graphic artist who then
preprinted the letterhead on the page. How do I Work with the template
created but when printing only add the text that I inserted and not the whole
letterhead template graphics.

The letterhead template is being reprinted over the top of the predesigned
paper I am using

The easiet way would probably be to save a copy of the letterhead template.
Then open the one that you will use with the pre-printed letterhead and
remove the graphics.
