Unable to print Word 2002 documents

I am now unable to print old or new Word 2002 documents. I can print Photos,
emails etc. I have uninstalled and reinstalled my Epsoson C62 printer and
Word 2002 and carried out a System Restore to no effect. I can call up a
Letterhead Template and type a document but the Printer prints out the
Letterhead Template but no work that I have typed. I can amenConfused Andyd
the Template and the amendment prints perfectly. CAN ANYONE HELP

I'm no guru, but does what you type appear in Print Preview? Could you be
tying in hidden text with "Show Hidden Text" turned on?
