Letterhead template

I'm trying to create a letterhead template (for pre-printed letterhead) and
having trouble with the headers and footers. I need to allow for 5.25cm of
empty space for the logo/address (which I can set-up), but I want to revert
to the standard 2.5cm for subsequent pages and having trouble progamming
this. Does anyone know if it's possible to do this?
