Ad pops up everytime I close IE???

Hi, I am having a wierd issue. Everytime I close my Internet
Explorer, this window that has the title "Ad" pops up. There is
nothing in the window. I have scanned my computer with both Spybot
Search and Destroy and I scanned it with Ad Aware. Both of them find
nothing. Does anyone know why this is happening?

Unzip, double-click "HijackThis.exe" and Press "Scan".

When the scan is finished, the "Scan" button will change into a "Save Log"
button.
Click: "Save Log" (generates: "hijackthis.log")

Next, go to the below location:
http://www.spywareinfo.com/forums/

Sign in, go to the "Spyware and Hijackware Removal" section.
Press "New Topic", copy and paste hijackthis.log into your new message.
