Pop up ads in theh Search toolbar

Everytime I launch IE, It automatically launces the search toolbar. Once
launced it starts with the google search but quickly changes to an for
something. I have tried to uncheck the serch button, lock the toolbar but
everytime it stilldefaults bach to search and then the pop-up ads. I have
tried adaware, spybot cccleanup but nothing...any advise???
