Pop-Up After Closing IE

When I close IE I get a pop-up window with the following
URL: http;//www.pshnw6510990........... This pop-up
occurs only when closing my IE browser and Pop-Up Stopper
Pro does not stop it. I have also cleaned spyware with
Ad-Aware. Also, I have verified that IE Messenger is
disabled. Please advise why this window appears after I
have closed IE and how I can prevent it.

Hi,

You mentioned that you had Spyware, and that you used
AdAware to clean it. It may very well be that you continue
to have some spyware in the form of a Browser Helper Object.
This program may have been missed by AdAware.

To remove the program, download a utility called BHOCop.
It's freely available here:

http://support.honour.ca/bhocop.zip

This program will display any instances of BHO's on your
computer, and then allow you to remove them.

If you do notice any curious programs, and choose to remove
them, try running AdAware again, to pick up any remaining
pieces.

You may also consider CWShredder - it catches varients which
AdAware may have missed:
